  • After the specified timeframe, we may not be able to process your return or exchange request.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and any necessary return authorization (RA) number.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

9. Restocking Fee:
