Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (continental U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available for an additional fee)
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for an additional fee)
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back for future updates.
Pick-Up Orders
- Pick-Up Location: You can choose from 2 locations; Fullerton or Anaheim.
- Pick-Up Time: Orders placed for pick-up will typically be ready within 1 hour after the order is confirmed.
- Age Verification: To complete your pick-up, you must be 21 years or older and present a valid government-issued ID for age verification. If you fail to provide the required ID, you will not be able to pick up your order.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After that time, the order will be processed and cannot be changed.
